Expert Keynote Fees for Personal Development Presentations

On each keynote response to your request for booking, you will see their keynote fee listed, along with where they will be traveling from. The keynote fees we offer begin with one 30-90 minute presentation, and graduate according to length of the presentation. Fees are always subject to change and may vary based upon the length of presentation desired or the location of your event. Additional Expenses

In addition to the keynote appearance fee, you may also be responsible for all of the presenters' expenses necessitated by his or her appearance at your event. Most of our expert mentors have noted a travel-inclusive fee, as a courtesy to your business. In certain instances, additional expenses may include:

Ground Transportation (Limousine, taxi, or rental car - to/from departure airport and to/from arrival airport)
Airfare
Accommodations
Meals and Incidental Expenses
Audio-Visual Equipment (slide projector, projection screen, laptop, PA system, wireless lavaliere microphone, etc.)

Audio and Video Taping of Appearances

Written permission must be obtained prior to the event, if you plan to capture your expert mentor's presentation on audio or video. Depending on the use of the recording, a surcharge may be involved. Contracting the Engagement

Outline the activities your expert mentor will be involved in on an original contract. For example, if you contract an expert mentor to deliver only a keynote address, the contract fee is for this service only. If you fail to include a request for the mentor to provide additional services like a book signing event or participation in a workshop after the contract has been signed, it may result in additional fees. Be sure to cover all the specifics in your original contract.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of $200, applied to your total fee amount, is collected at the time of keynote selection and booking request submission. This deposit guarantees the date will be reserved for you on the expert mentor's calendar. In the event of a cancellation by your organization, the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event date, the entire fee and any already-incurred travel/preparation expenses will be due from your organization.

How much time will the presenter spend with our organization?

Because every presenter is unique, circumstances will necessarily vary. However, your presenter will be available to you for the length of time agreed upon in your original contract. Workshops, webinars, media events, social networking, retreats and consulting fees can be added in to your original schedule of events, or contracted for as your event planning develops. You can always request more services, even after your contract is in place, subject to availability and signed contractual agreements.

You pay only your presenters honorarium. The presenters we represent pay our fees for booking agency and contractual arrangements.
